2 officers suspended after racially insensitive remarks made toward black woman on Snapchat

Detroit Police Chief James Craig announced that he has suspended two officers involved in the incident where disparaging and racist remarks were used toward a black woman and posted on Snapchat. The officer who made the remarks and his partner, who was with him at the time, were suspended, effective immediately.
