Series of storm systems brings rain, mountain snow and strong winds

A series of storm systems are moving through the county this weekend through early next week. Today, the first system will bring strong winds and heavy rain. A High Wind Warning for the mountains and Wind Advisory for the valley has been issued until 4 p.m. today.
