Ralph Northam Twitter apology video

Late Friday evening the Virginia governor released another statement -- this time via video. Besides apologizing again for his past behavior, Northam doubled down on his commitment to remain on the job by again stating his "absolute commitment to living up to the expectations Virginians set for me when they elected me to be their Governor."
