General Motors expected to cut more white-collar workers on Monday

General Motors is set to make another big round of cuts anticipated this month. According to auto analyst David Kudla, "the promised, deep cuts to the salaried workforce will begin next week - On 'Black Monday.'" Kudla goes on to say the company is not shying away from the drastic cuts maintain the its future.
