Occurred on December 7, 2015 / Huntington, Indiana, USA
Info from Licensor: "I got this information from someone who was listening to this on the scanner. Apparently, the guy blew a stop light in Roanoke and they were trying to get him to stop. They got him stopped out on Division. He was going up to 60 mph.
I'm not sure how they stopped him but they were deploying the stop sticks. According to the scanner, he was under the influence of something. At first, he faked a medical condition, then they knew he was lying. The police took him to the hospital to be tested."
