MI Secretary of State offices to extend hours after weather closures

Michigan Secretary of State offices will be back open for normal hours Friday and will extend hours over the following several days to assist customers. The offices closed early Monday and remained closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday due to the severe winter weather conditions.
