3D Offset command in RTOPO Hydrology software

The "RTOPO Hydrology CAD for topography" program also has a command that is less common in CAD systems, the Offset to a 3D Polyline. You can see in this video clip how this command is used to modify the banks of a river, with a slope of 0.5:1 m.
