VIDEO: Man accused of throwing ice on floor, pretending to slip and fall in office cafeteria

A New Jersey man has been arrested and charged with insurance fraud and theft by deception in a bogus insurance claim after a surveillance video surfaced of a staged slip and fall, the Middlesex County Prosecutor's office said.
