A team of elite D.C.A. Bio-Enforcers is sent on a routine containment mission in 1997… until everything goes wrong.

What starts as a standard hunt becomes a nightmare when an anomaly known as Erebus traps the team inside a void-like dimension where reality bends to its will.

Led by Captain John Thrush, the team includes Sergeant Riley Steele, a soldier haunted by her past, and Staff Sergeant “Vex” Rex Shaw, the team’s sharp-tongued tracker. As they investigate a trail of dead squads, flickering signals, warped environments, and impossible hallways, the creature begins stalking them through the shadows. Trapped inside “A Darker Place,” the team must survive collapsing corridors, floating doors, a hospital lost in time, and a decaying opera house overrun by darkness. Not everyone will make it home.
