That sent me down the rabbit hole of comparing the Sig P211 to the Girsan Witness Match X 2011, a pistol that costs about half the price but features full steel components where Sig chose to use plastic. With 500 rounds through my Match X and only two magazine-related malfunctions, it makes you wonder:
