A speculative hypothesis - Wang Fuk Court Fire

As someone who has always avoided mainstream media, I recently discussed the Tai Po Hung Fuk Court incident with a Hong Kong construction engineering enthusiast, as the matter appears far more complex than it seems.
In light of this, we formulated a speculative hypothesis and produced a short video attempting to analyse it—hoping our guesses prove wrong.
