If you look at the camerawork on the reporter ducking clip (@15:30), it's obvious that that camerman had set up the tracking shot, by going to a longshot and then swinging right onto the reporter crouching beside vehicle. All preplanned. But the guy entering the scene is hilarious. Points up to no-one in particular like an idiot. They really seem to have a lot of fun fucking around in the false flag b.s.
