12.2.25 The Joe Mnagiacotti Show - Tuesday

Today at 1 PM, The Joe Mangiacotti Show on WCRN 830 AM is diving into three huge stories that all come back to one theme: what happens when those in power walk away from the rule of law.

First, Joe breaks down the latest on the Caribbean sea strike and the campaign against narco-terrorists. A Cornell law professor has shredded the “war crime” narrative against Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, and new reporting shows Hegseth did not order the killing of survivors. Joe will walk through what the Law of Armed Conflict actually says, why this strike was lawful, and how “lawfare” and media leaks are being weaponized against anyone who uses decisive force to defend the country.

Then we head to Minnesota, where fraud in Walz-era social programs and COVID relief may top $1 billion. Federal prosecutors — not the state — are bringing the cases, while whistleblowers say Gov. Tim Walz and the Democrat machine looked the other way, retaliated against those who sounded the alarm, and let the theft continue. Joe will unpack how big-government welfare, identity politics, and zero accountability created the perfect environment for massive fraud.

Finally, Joe turns to New York, where DHS is demanding that AG Letitia James hand over more than 7,000 jailed illegal migrant offenders with ICE detainers — after nearly 7,000 others with criminal records were reportedly released back onto the streets. We’ll talk about border sovereignty, sanctuary “nullification,” and what it means for ordinary New Yorkers when violent non-citizens are shielded from deportation in the name of ideology.

All that and your calls, today Tuesday, December 2nd, 2025 at 1 PM on AM 830 WCRN – Radio Central.
