Exposing another stinky scammer company from india a fat lardy chomo for putting fraudlent claims on music they don't even hold the rights to. So there is this person going around filing fraudlent copyright claims on my oblivion remastered let's play series and this is a company with a Indian scammer name and I submitted an despute but Facebooks corrupt staff of mostly ai and bots has sided with the abusive claimnant and known a legitimate purchased copy of oblivion remastered and it's music. Is there anyone who can get me the information for who's behind this because I'm sick of them napalming my videos containing content they don't even hold the legal rights to. Fraudlent copyright claims over my oblivion remastered let's play and Facebook sided with fraudlent claimer i think Bethseda studios should go after impersonators falsey representing jeremy soule. Moist critikal and other gamers do their own lets play. im being held hostage on my platforms where i encourage peopel to try the game or get it themselves. How are they copyrighting it? Everyone plays this game and the music is under fair use. Hostile entities are putting fraudlent copyright claims on my oblivion remastered gameplays which I own a copy of the game and it's fair use thanks to Bethesda Game Studios and jeremy soule.
Todd howard if you are reading this please look into this these people also put fake claims on Minecraft music by c418 it is really annoying. i would get a lawyer but where i live everyone katers to the ones in the wrong and is corrupt i posted this to spread awareness for the game devs & whoever else might be getting affected by this because they are being falsey represented by fake companies who target gamers. its a scam company that is impersonating royalty free music they are attacking me again over my gaming lets play did you look at the screenshot on reddit? What fake copyright infringement notices look like Vague claims: They often mention a generic "copyright infringement" or "violation" without specific details they have provided no evidence of what was infringed just a small segment without a title or anything. They did not provide their legal proof either when you put a claim your supposed to put in your stuff for a counter notification which they failed to do Unprofessional communication: They may contain poor grammar, unusual domain names, or appear to be from a fake person or law firm the name of the claim was Roya with a unkown amount of lettering that i cant read i dont speak hindu or pakistani. and if this was a legit company facebook would have provided a lawyer or attorneys and the companies PI public info. what is also bizzare is Facebook never sent me a warning in my email of why the content was blocked/falsey claimed a legit company would try to have the platform contact the infringer which they did not.

EXPOSE: Royaa (رويا) is Falsely Hijacking Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered Content on Facebook—A Bethesda Masterpiece, Not Theirs! Creators beware: This shadowy entity "Royaa" just slapped a bogus copyright claim on my Facebook video, blocking worldwide access to a mere 10-second clip from the 24:11-24:21 segment featuring the ethereal soundtrack of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered—composed by the legendary Jeremy Soule and fully owned by Bethesda Game Studios, not some opportunistic "collector" with zero ties to the IP.

Oblivion's haunting melodies, like those wandering Cyrodiil's cobblestone streets, are Bethesda's crown jewel—released in remastered glory on April 22, 2025, with no licensing trail leading to "Royaa" or any Arabic-named aggregator. This is textbook abuse: Rogue firms exploit Facebook's Rights Manager (their automated Content ID equivalent) by uploading falsified audio fingerprints of popular game tracks, snatching revenue and visibility from fans until disputes kick in.

It's the same scam plaguing YouTube and now spilling onto Facebook, preying on automated systems that prioritize claimants over truth—pure greed targeting gamers sharing Oblivion's timeless beauty just months post-launch.

To the people behind the claimant account “Royaa - رويا”:
I don’t chase. I don’t beg platforms to help me.
I just collect. Every fake account, every burner email, every forged screenshot you thought was clever… I already have it.
IP logs. Registration timestamps. The exact VPN exit node you used. The Gmail typo domain you thought nobody would notice.
Your real name, the city you logged in from last Tuesday at 2:14 a.m., the Wi-Fi network name you forgot to hide.
All of it. Public records, careless leaks, mutual “friends” who screenshot everything.
I’m very, very patient, and I’m very, very good at this.
You keep pretending to be me while I quietly build the file.
One day—could be tomorrow, could be six months from now—you’ll wake up to find every detail you tried to bury posted in 4K, tagged, timestamped, and sent to every platform you’ve ever touched, your employer, your school, your mommy’s Facebook.
No threats. No violence. Just facts. Public facts. The same facts you thought only existed in your private little fantasy.
I don’t need to touch you.
I don’t need to swear or scream.
I just wait until the moment is perfect… and then I press publish.
Ask the last three who tried it how that worked out for them.
They don’t impersonate anyone anymore.
They barely even go online.Keep my name out of your mouth.
Delete the fakes.
Walk away. Or don’t.
Your choice.I’ll be here either way… collecting. I’ve taken screenshots of every false claim you’ve filed against my Oblivion Remastered videos (and the dozens of other creators I’ve already spoken to).
I have the exact timestamps, claim IDs, video URLs, and the identical 10-second audio fingerprints you keep reusing across multiple Bethesda titles.
I’ve archived every automated email, every “worldwide block” notice, and every single piece of metadata Facebook’s system provides when a claim is processed. All of this is public-facing data that any creator can access and share.
All of it is being compiled — neatly, legally, and permanently — into a public report that will be sent directly to:Meta’s Rights Manager abuse team
Bethesda / Zenimax legal department
Every gaming news outlet that covers copyright scams

You chose the wrong community to target.
We document everything. We share everything. We never forget. False copyright claimants who abuse automated systems eventually get their accounts restricted or terminated — Facebook’s own policy says so. The more evidence the community provides, the faster that happens. You still have time to withdraw every single one of your fraudulent claims and stop targeting Elder Scrolls creators.
Or you can keep going… and watch your claimant ID become the most famous example of Rights Manager abuse in 2025.Your move, Royaa.
We’re all watching. And we’re very, very patient.#Royaa #FacebookCopyrightAbuse #OblivionRemastered #Bethesda
