That's not poverty, it's lack of culture. Being poor does not mean being dirty.

CULTURE - I can't use a plastic straw but 80% of all oceanic plastic comes from Asia. These people clearly don't care, why don't we hold them accountable? Slap some of those tariffs on India and the Philippines until they clean their act up. They come here and do the same thing, ruining the world for everyone else. less
