Breaking Ice on a Koi Pool

Occurred on November 21, 2025 / Sherborne, Dorset, UK
Info from Licensor: "We have a pool temporarily housing koi and goldfish while we repair a pond. During a cold snap the pool froze - I’d popped a tennis ball in (as been mistakenly advised this would help prevent freezing!) so filmed myself taking it out and breaking the ice. One of the koi (Spotty Tiger) appeared to see what was happening while the ice broke. Credit: Dorset_good_life"
