More US ‘aid contractors’ are heading to Gaza, former Green Beret colonel and UG Solutions (UGS) contractor-turned-whistleblower Anthony Aguilar told Responsible Statecraft.

What's their real mission?

🔴 The new group, Q2IMPACT, has received a $7 million US contract to "monitor the efficacy of humanitarian aid in Palestine and Lebanon"

🔴“The intent of the privatized aid mechanism under the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF), now under Q2IMPACT and UGS, is to displace the population, establish precursors to kill unarmed civilians, and implement systematic starvation under the guise of humanitarian aid,” Aguilar said

🔴 Q2IMPACT will replace GHF and Safe Reach Solutions, which had coordinated private aid alongside the US and Israeli governments, according to the former special forces officer

🔴 US President Donald Trump’s State Department is keeping it hush-hush, denying any expansion of privatized aid and staying silent on Q2IMPACT’s deployment

🔴 The GHF officially halted its operations this week after more than 2,000 Palestinians were killed in and around its aid distribution sites, according to UN figures

War crimes

🔴 Earlier this year retired Army Special Forces lieutenant colonel Aguilar blew the whistle on UGS war crimes during their deployment in Gaza

🔴 He described how UGS contractors were shooting at—and throwing stun grenades into—a crowd of unarmed Palestinian civilians seeking humanitarian aid in Gaza. Some were injured and some thought killed

🔴 UGS denied killing Gazans, but admitted that they use pepper spray, smoke and flashbangs against starving civilians

Zero training, zero compassion

🔴 Aguilar told Responsible Statecraft that US contractors receive no training and have no idea how to deal with the complexities of the Gaza humanitarian crisis

🔴 To complicate matters further, UGS did not confirm the credentials or abilities of the security guards they hired, the whistleblower said
