Re: For over 6 months the judges orders for (non compliant) competency exams are keeping me illegally incarcerated. These orders infringe on my rights with $1 million dollar illegal bail fees and are keeping me illegally incarcerated in addition to the time I served because of 6/24/24 false conviction. I have been illegally incarcerated over 520 days. On 5/14/2025 Judge Hernandez ordered a non compliant competency evaluation and a hearing date 7/7/25. The evaluator (Dr. Naqvi) never showed until 7/17/25. Dr. Naqvi came to Garner on 7/17/2025, 2 months and 2 days after the order for the exam. CGS Sec 54-56d rules state the examination must take place no later than15 business days from the order. On 7/31/25 Judge Golger ordered another non compliant Competency Evaluation with a Next Hearing date 9/29/25. On November 3, 2025 Judge Hernandez ordered another non compliant competency examination with a next court date of 1/6/2026 for the evaluation hearing. The deadline to take the exam was 11/25/25. The evaluator has never showed up. The judges have ordered these competency evaluations after the court records show I have passed (5) Five evaluations and interviews proving that I an competent to stand trial and to represent myself (including 4/2/2025 interview on court record with Judge Hudock).
