Bicycle Schwinn Paramount 1992 Tune Up & Parts Installed - Bosque Mobile Bicycle Repair - Denver, CO

I upgraded a old bicycle for commuting. Installed new handlebars, grips & cables.
The shifter for the chain ring was only shifting two times so I screwed in the low limit screw on the front derailleur all the way and set the high limit screw appropriately. Owner could only use the middle & large chaining. Owner never used the smallest chaining. The little plastic cover on down tube was protecting cable guide from mud or debris.
