The woman who fed my now dead dog.

This stranger runs up to feed my dogs then runs off. Here she is smirking on video saying
She only does it when I sat she can.

Who wants strangers running up , feeding dogs and running off in a cemetery where they kill dogs with poisoned food.
She also thinks she's my gp and tells persons as I pass by that she diagnosed me mentally ill as she runs up feeds my dogs and runs off.
Here she is happily announcing she only does it when I say she can.
Which I never did.
