Icy conditions close portion of Highway 401 in Drumbo

Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) still have all eastbound lanes of Highway 401 closed through Drumbo Friday morning, due to icy conditions.
OPP posted about the closure shortly after 10 p.m. Thursday.At 3:20 a.m. this morning, officers confirmed the closure was still in place.
Traffic callers to the 570 NewsRadio newsroom said there was also a crash just east of Oxford Road 29 that involved an 18-wheeler and several other vehicles on the eastbound side of the highway.
