Slushie didn't know from a hole in the ground. All Slushie wanted was to leave his kennel and go outside for a doggie walk. My food offerings to Slushie would not solve his problem of wanting to go outside. Slushie was doing a lot of moaning and crying. I wanted to hold Slushie and let him know that he was gonna be okay. Many of us love him, want him to be happy. We will give him as much of our time taking care of him, and making him feel better, as we can. I think the best thing I could do was be with Slushie even though it was not the doggie walk he preferred. I wanted Slushie to begin to trust me and that I wanted him to feel comfortable. My time being with Slushie would relieve some of this loneliness that he was feeling. He needed to know that I cared and this was something he would discover with my time by his side. Slushie didn't stop moaning from loneliness after my time with him, but Slushie began to trust me a little more. All the doggies need love💗
