I got cajoled into doing a team time trial this week. Something I swore I would never do again. With a little help from my team, we finished right at one hour, with the team refusing to let me drop back and ride at a sensible pace. A sensible pace would have been me finishing in about an hour and twenty minutes. I guess it worked because I finished with the team, though I know it was more them slowing down not to drop me, rather than me being able to keep up.
