The Deep State just pulled off their greatest escape act yet and James Comey is literally doing victory laps while the evidence of his crimes sits untouched. She never examined the evidence never tested the charges never even pretended to care about guilt or innocence. Just wrong paperwork case dismissed. The judge admitted in her 29-page opinion that the evidence stands and all wrongdoing remains proven but they walk anyway. This isn't justice it's a jailbreak.

Stephen Miller went nuclear calling Comey's actions one of the most heinous things in American history. He didn't mince words about how Comey sabotaged our constitutional republic tried to remove a duly elected president and led an actual coup against the laws of the United States. Meanwhile Tish James who weaponized her office to destroy Trump and his supporters also walks free on the same technicality.

The pattern is obvious. Leak classified information and blame the prosecutor. Weaponize your office and cite procedures. Attempt a coup and find a technicality. This is institutional capture where the system protects itself instead of serving justice. They want you demoralized thinking the swamp always wins but DOJ is already preparing appeals and the dismissed without prejudice ruling means charges can be refiled.
