Ritual — Gaia’s Heartbeat
Find a quiet place where you can touch the Earth directly. Take off your shoes. Place your bare feet on the soil, grass, or sand. Close your eyes. Breathe slowly and imagine golden roots descending from your body into the core of the Earth. With each inhale, feel Gaia’s pulse rising through you. With each exhale, give her your gratitude. Stay here until you feel the exchange — her energy blessing you, your love blessing her.
