New Training Split: Try This Quick Arms and Calves Routine!

Hey y'all! I wasn't able to workout 5 days per week. Life is too busy. So, I decided to return to my roots. I am going to workout 3 days per week using a routine similar to Stuart McRobert's routine in Beyond Brawn.

I followed a similar routine many years ago and it led to the best results. I gained the most muscle following this style of training. It's hard, not so much Arm and Calf Day, but the other days. It is quite a challenge and that makes it fun for me.
