This 10 Minute POISED Ab Workout No Equipment | Total Ab Burnout is built to give your core nonstop tension and deep activation from the very first exercise. I designed this session to challenge your abs with simple, effective movements that rely only on your bodyweight and control.

We will work in 40 seconds on and 5 seconds off, just enough time to transition while keeping your core fully engaged throughout the entire routine. Each exercise is selected to hit your abs and obliques from different angles so you feel that total burnout effect by the end.

If a movement feels too intense, adjust your range of motion or take a quick breath and jump back in. It is always better to move with control than to rush. Protect your lower back by keeping your core braced.

This session works perfectly on its own, as a finisher after your main workout, or as a quick core-focused burn on days when you want something short but effective.
