Episode 13: My Insomnia Story From 2013 (April 24 2017)

"This is a story that happened to me back in 2013. This never happen to me before and it kinda screwed me up for a while. After getting out of the hospital and learning about health issues like sleep apnea I find out that a friend from High School died. I later found out that he supposly died in his sleep. With my displeasure of sleeping, learning about sleep apnea and than someone who I knew dieing in his sleep...... it messed me up for a few months. Couldn't sleep, felt depressed, even questioned life. Well heres the story.."
