I applied the 1.1 patch and 1.2 patch. It did not work for me with 1.3 patch?
Applying the patches is not necessary according to UU2 Read me?

For Ultimate Universe 2.2 the are three downloads
First install UU2.0 part 1 and 2
Then upgrade to 2.2
The 2.2 Installer has a missspelling. You need to add an e to Betheseda
