Mainstream Norse Pagan Community… We need to talk…

It’s about time the Mainstream Norse Pagan community needs a sit down, and address some serious topics we are notorious for refraining from.

Even though I’m Solitary Völva, I have seen and experienced behaviors from certain Pagans that were questionable.

We have a problem with banishing questionable people from our movements. The Right and Left Norse Pagan Communities are causing more division than unity in our movements.

We also are guilty of making excuses for people who abuse, manipulate, and go out of their way to harm other Pagans as well.

It’s off limits to question the sources. It’s Heresy to treat the Poetic Edda as something to take with a grain of salt. It’s blasphemy to refuse to see the Pagan world through Modernist/Presentism based worldviews.

The Protestant Pagan Right and Atheist Infiltrators on the Left are more destructive than helpful. We cannot even cast our petty biases aside, instead of see what we have in common.

Because of our failure on our behalf to banish the infiltrators in our movements, the Abrahamic Right is using what Leftist Infiltrators on TikTok do online as “proof” that all Pagans are Leftist, Degenerate Atheists that “Need God.”

While I abhor the growing hostility and bigotry that Christian Zionists and Radical Muslims are showing towards Pagans, we cannot completely get mad, when our failure to upkeep the quality of our followers became inexistent.

When we start to treat Paganism as a form of escapism, instead of a tool to use to become a better version of ourselves, the cause becomes pointless.

We cannot stricly talk trash on Zionist Christians and Radical Muslims, when we refuse to expose the Rot within our communities.

We will only progress, when we accept, we had our part in the downfall in our community.
