How to Make Bread Roll Bun at Home

BREAD ROLL MAKING RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:-
All Purpose Flour - 4 & ½ Cups (535g)
Sugar- 2 tbsp (30g)
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Instant Yeast – 1 tbsp
Warm Milk – ½ Cup
Warm Water – 1 & ½ Cup
Large Egg – 1
Butter – 3 tbsp (42g)

Baking Time -180C for 25-30 minutes

Note 1 – Cover the Dough for 1 hour hour to Rise
Note 2- Recipe can be used for Burger Buns as Well
