All films travelled through the FBI Deep State. Hughes missing A Huge chunk where the shot would be, Z & Muchmore split & spliced back together there, Nix's cam returned disassembled with footage missing. Another one weirdly zooms out not long before the shot. That cant be an edit, could be natural, or could be an actor runnning the camera, as this is a common slight of hand you should recognize from the Kirk & Butler events.
An important thing I noticed they missed on the Z is the second lab in Dallas where the film was split, the Kodak lab after the film was exposed at the Jamieson lab.
Brave AI disputes the headline, here is it's response-
"The Carpenter film did not capture the moment of the JFK assassination itself, but rather the immediate aftermath as the presidential limousine sped away from Dealey Plaza toward Parkland Memorial Hospital.
Filmed by Dallas truck driver Dale Carpenter Sr. on November 22, 1963, the 8mm footage consists of two segments: the first shows the motorcade before it reached Dealey Plaza, and the second captures the frantic rush to the hospital, including Secret Service agent Clint Hill clinging to the back of the vehicle and First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy in her iconic pink suit.

Unlike the claim that it "vanished mysteriously," the film was preserved by Carpenter’s family and remained in private possession for decades, stored in a milk crate before being placed in a fire safe.
It resurfaced when Carpenter’s grandson, James Gates, decided to have it authenticated and subsequently consigned it to RR Auction, where it was publicly announced in September 2024.

In contrast, the Zapruder film, shot by Abraham Zapruder, is the only known footage that captures the entire assassination sequence as it happened in Dealey Plaza.
While it was not lost, it was initially withheld from public view—frame 313, showing the fatal head shot, was kept private for 12 years at Zapruder’s request due to its graphic nature.
The film was handed over to the Secret Service and used by the Warren Commission, though reproductions at the time omitted or rearranged some frames, fueling conspiracy theories about alterations.
However, the Sixth Floor Museum and experts like Kodak engineer Ronald Zavada have affirmed its authenticity.
Thus, while both films were temporarily out of public sight, neither truly "vanished," and the Zapruder film in particular has been central to official investigations and public understanding of the event."
