A Summit County native and recent candidate for the Summit School District Board of Education—where he campaigned on transparency and community rights but fell short in the November 4, 2025, election—Thomas remains undaunted, channeling his resolve into exposing the fraud as Summit County District Judge Karen Ann Romeo (of course her name is Karen) granted summary judgment on October 17, 2025, and certified it final on November 18, 2025, flouting his God-given rights to due process and jury trial. With Alpine demanding over $81,000 in inflated legal fees and providing zero evidence of their ability to move forward against Tom proving zero consideration—half from an unrelated federal suit Day filed against them—Thomas struck back on November 20, 2025, by filing his Notice of Appeal, halting the unlawful seizure and vowing to hold the court accountable to its constitutional oath until truth and equity prevail.

It's time that we the people take a stand and I highlight people who are standing up against they system and standing in the truth. The truth shall set us free!
