Jussie Smollett Attack: Police on Hunt for Video of Alleged Hate Crime

Chicago investigators are searching for video of “Empire” star Jussie Smollett getting brutally attacked outside of his apartment in hopes of tracking down the two suspects allegedly responsible.

The Blast obtained dispatch audio of Chicago officials “canvassing” the area for cameras near Smollett’s apartment building. Investigators are looking for external cameras hanging off the sides of buildings, or any other video recording equipment that may have picked up the violent incident involving the actor.
