When TV Still Allowed Free Speech: A Message We Weren’t Supposed to Forget

But that’s not what it is at all. They aren’t powerful just because of money or media. They’re powerful because they’re aware. And they try to keep other people ignorant.

If our level of awareness ever reached the same level as theirs, we would outnumber them — and there would be nothing they could do.

Whoever they are, it’s the same mentality that kept workers uneducated, kept children down in the mines during the Industrial Revolution in England, and tried to stop people from learning.

It was all part of the system. And they include us in that system too.”
