Second Upper Body Training Session: Yates Rows with 265 pounds

Hey y'all! Here is the second upper body workout in my home gym.

This workout will focus a little more on midback vs lats for the back training. Lats were more of a focus for the last upper body workout. This can be a fairly long workout given the number of muscle groups in the upper body. Antagonist supersets help to make it a little more time efficient.
