◾ Former prime minister Robert Fico won Saturday’s elections in Slovakia, he has already stated under his government the military aid for Ukraine will end inmediatly:

- I believe that the war in Ukraine began not a year and two months ago, began in 2014, when Ukrainian fascists killed
citizens of Russian nationality in Ukraine. It all started with the murder, or murders, of citizens
of Russian nationality by Ukrainian fascists.

◾Fico is an old school social-democrat who won over the neo-liberal pro NATO candidate.
