Subjects Discussed:
1 - Pain here is the using the ego's tools and mindset.
2 - God is All, therefore pain is but a delusion, programming of the ego.
3 - The goal today is to choose God's joy instead of the ego's judgment/pain.
4 - All of the ego's tools are not who you in truth are. They all lead you to pain.
5 - Ego tools are such things as judgment of self or others, frustration, anger, hate, anxiousness, fear, doubt, shame or guilt.
6 - When others are using the ego's tools, it's not our job to judge them, it is to see them as dreaming.
7 - None of the ego's tools are real or true thus they can not affect you if your mind is aligned with the mind of God.
8 - Forgiving others set you free from the heavy burden of judgment.
9 - Do what brings you peace and you will have peace.
10 - Either you recognize the dream/dreamer or you get sucked into the dream.
11 - When you trigger others that is giving them the opportunity to heal. When others trigger you that is an opportunity for you heal.
12 - You always undo what you have done.
13 - The ego's tools leads you to the hellish mindset. God's love/road leads you to peace.
14 - When the ego tries to take control over your mind, practice going straight to God and ask Him what to think, say and do.
15 - Practice not saying "why me" but instead "thank you" ,things are happening for you, not to you.
16 - You punish/poison yourself or heal yourself with every thought you think.
17 - The body, use correctly, is a communication device for the soul.
18 - You hurt another you punish yourself.
19 - In my defenselessness my safety lies. Anything other then love is a call for help and healing.
20 - You can't be hurt by others unless you buy the ego's dream as real.
21 - When being unloving, those people do not truly believe what they are saying. Because our truth is only love.
22 - You dominate the ego's world by recalling who in truth you are.
23 - No matter the ego's story of you, you will always be who God created you
24 - Only your own thoughts can hurt. Seeing the world through the ego's lens.
25 - It is you who define the world you see.
26 - Projection vs extension. Ideals leave not their Source.
27 - Learn to see only the truth in others as true. This helps them see a light within the darkness. A light at the end of their tunnel.
28 - All things are lessons God would have me learn. Everything is here to help us grow, heal and awaken.
29 - As you change your mind you change the world you see.
30 - When others trigger you they are simply helping you see what misperceptions you are holding within.
31 - Learn to thank those who trigger you. God would not offer you such an opportunity that you could not handle or overcome.
32 - Go to the Holy Spirit and ask why you were triggered. What in your past programming made you react this way..
33 - The world is an effect of your seeing, what you believe, you define it.
34 - Pain come - give it all straight to God
35 - All People come from love or from a call for love.
36 - If you view the world through the ego's lens you give away your power to it.
37 - If you want power over the ego's world, choose to view it through Love's lens.
38 - You have the key to your own imprisonment, you can free yourself, choose love over fear.
39 - The ego will do anything for its survival.
40 - There are ways you can make peace with the ego. It teaches you who you are not. This way you make the ego your ally in your awakening process, not your adversary.
41 - Ask yourself when interacting with others: "Do I want pain or do I want the peace of God?"
42 - If you view the world through the ego's lens you create hell on Earth.
43 - Pain/fear is an illusion, joy/love is reality.
44 - If someone attacks you in word, that is not the truth in them speaking to you.
45 - Judgment hides your holiness.
46 - Salvation is choosing to see through God's loving lens over the ego's.
47 - Learn to recognize the symbols of pain. Then stop supporting them y=with your time, focus and energy.
48 - Illusion/pain/hell - all the same.
49 - If God is allowing it, it is because He knows you are ready to heal. Pat yourself on the back for this.

1. Pain is a wrong perspective...

2. Can such projections be attested to?...

3. Pain is a sign illusions reign in place of truth...

4. Peace to such foolishness!...

5. It is your thoughts alone that cause you pain...

6. My holy brother, think of this awhile: The world you see does nothing...

7. The world may seem to cause you pain...

8. Pain is the thought of evil taking form, and working havoc in your holy mind...

9. Lay down your arms,...

10. Here will you understand there is no pain...

11. And so again we make the only choice that ever can be made;...
