The Chosen Heroes - Ep.54: Special Guest Derrick Robinson

Join Melissa for this week where she welcomes Derrick Robinson. As President of PACTS International—People Against Covert Torture and Surveillance, headquartered in Twentynine Palms, California—Derrick has been a tireless advocate for targeted individuals since 2005. His organization, accessible at www.pactsntl.org, focuses on raising public awareness about organized stalking, remote electronic assaults—often referred to as Havana Syndrome—and the broader human rights atrocities stemming from the secret deployment of these technologies. Through PACTS, Derrick aims to drive legislative action, protection, and ultimate freedom for victims worldwide.

A graduate with a B.A. in Speech and Theater from Ohio Wesleyan University and a Certificate from the Broadcasting Institute of Maryland, Derrick brings a strong foundation in communication to his advocacy. His media presence is extensive: He's been featured on Canadian TV's "The Conspiracy Show," consulted for Jesse Ventura's "Conspiracy Theory" episode "Brain Invaders," interviewed by the Washington Post for their 2007 article "Mind Games," and spotlighted in VICE's 2017 documentary "The Nightmare World of Gang Stalking." He's also presented at the Super Soldiers/Mind Control Conferences in 2013 and 2014, and appeared on radio programs like Coast to Coast AM with George Noory and Project Camelot.

Under his leadership, PACTS has achieved significant milestones, including organizing a 2016 community meeting with the FBI that led to the publication of the booklet "Testimonies of Targeted Individuals." In 2018, he co-founded the International Resistance Movement Against Electronic Torture and Organized Stalking, which merged with the International Coalition Against Electronic Torture and the Robotisation of Living Beings (ICATOR) to pursue global initiatives, including an international class action lawsuit. That same year, PACTS launched its quarterly journal and began developing a YouTube TV channel.

Just this year, in 2025, Derrick received the inaugural Humanitarian Award from Mind Nexus in Los Angeles, and PACTS hosted a shielding workshop in March and a Self-Help Seminar in October. He continues to host the organization's podcasts every Saturday, Monday, and Thursday night.
