Biography
Dave is a faith-driven business consultant and former professional educator who discovered his calling to help Kingdom-minded leaders align their deepest convictions with business excellence. After serving successfully for 15 years as a teacher, principal, and adjunct professor, Dave felt called to use his passion for developing others in the marketplace, founding A2O Consulting in 2005.

Through A2O, Dave has provided 20 years of business consulting, turnaround, and growth services to Fortune 100 companies and faith-driven entrepreneurs alike. His unique approach integrates biblical principles of stewardship, servant leadership, and integrity with proven business methodologies, helping leaders view their organizations as sacred stewardships entrusted to them by God. He has developed and tested his faith-integrated methodologies to drive leader and company growth through innovation, data-driven stewardship, strategic relationship building, values-based leadership development, and operational excellence for over 200 companies. His approach helps business leaders understand that their calling extends beyond profit margins to creating organizations that honor God while achieving exceptional results.

Dave has served various fractional, interim, and full-time leadership roles, but his primary passion remains helping faith-driven businesses and business leaders get unstuck to enable significant growth that makes a Kingdom impact. He specializes in working with leaders who refuse to compartmentalize their faith, instead seeking to integrate their spiritual convictions into every aspect of their business strategy and operations.

Dave's heart for developing others extends to speaking engagements where he addresses topics including stewardship-driven innovation, faith-integrated leadership, finding your highest purpose as a leader, and soul care for business executives. His presentations challenge leaders to see their businesses as platforms for both financial success and Kingdom impact. He has also been named the Interim Market President for the C-Suite for Christ Organization in Dallas/Ft. Worth, a local expression of the national movement.

Through it all, Dave remains committed to his core conviction: that the most successful and fulfilling business leaders are those who align their professional calling with their faith, creating organizations that thrive financially while making a meaningful difference in the world for God's glory.

Dave is originally from Philadelphia and now currently lives in McKinney, TX with his beautiful wife Blanche. Together they have 7 children, 3 grandchildren and an amazing Great Dane named Reggie.
