Hey y'all! Who doesn't want wider shoulders? Upright Rows are a great exercise, but they are easy to cheat. We want to make sure we keep the stress on our side delts throughout the exercise. Incline Lateral Raises are another great option. They help to place a stretch on the side delt at the bottom position.
