Taurus QC and warranty Fail! The port muzzle of my 44mag is not in the same bore axis as the barrel

I picked up this Taurus 444 Raging Bull, in .44mag, to use in my gel block testing. I got it used from a local gun shop and once I started shooting it, noticed some odd characteristics that were confirmed by bullets I pulled out of the gel block.

I immediately emailed Taurus with a description of the issue and ample pictures showing the problem but eventually they told me I had no warranty claim because I used re-loaded ammunition.
