November 20, 2025. In this video Cheryl and Ken provides a platform for Senator Jim Tomes to discuss clarity on the redistricting issue in Indiana.

Tomes confirms, should a vote 🗳️ occur on redistricting, he will align with the Commander in Chief’s (President Trump) request to vote, yes on redistricting in the State of Indiana.

Indiana Democrat legislators and democrats supporters have openly communicated at public events that Tomes was a NO vote on redistricting. This was recently documented at a town hall event sponsored by Evansville Democrat Alex Burton and former Democrat Senator Donnelly.

Tomes spoke about a variety of topics related to his YES vote to postpone any vote on redistricting until January 5, 2026. The Senate did not vote on the issue to REDISTRICT at the November 18, 2025 session, instead opted to postpone the vote until January 6, 2026.

Governor Braun has since proposed a December 1, 2025 special session to call for a public vote on redistricting per his social media posts and public interviews.

Tomes clarified the color coding of voting record on the leader board between, White, Red, and Green in the Senate Chamber.

Surprisingly the Senate voted in a closed door secret vote 🗳️ to obtain a yes or no vote on redistricting. Surprisingly, yet again, a secondary closed door secret hand vote was conducted by the caucus to gauge potential votes for redistricting.

The vote should have been called with 100% Transparency, this technique of a secret ballot was at the coordination of the Pro Tempore, Rod Bray.

Questions were asked regarding the process to remove the Pro Tempore and an update on any current proposed legislation by Tomes.
