Hey y'all! Do you struggle to feel your middle or rear delts? If so, adding some partials onto your set after you can't complete a full rep might just be what you need. Another option is to do heavy partials for rear and middle delts. The trick is to combine the heavy weights with high reps. Trust me....you will feel the burn!!
