Scriptures For Today
1 Cor 10:13 AMP

No temptation [regardless of its source] has overtaken or enticed you that is not common to human experience [nor is any temptation unusual or beyond human resistance]; but God is faithful [to His word--He is compassionate and trustworthy], and He will not let you be tempted beyond your ability [to resist], but along with the temptation He [has in the past and is now and] will [always] provide the way out as well, so that you will be able to endure it [without yielding, and will overcome temptation with joy].

The Word of God To Meditate 1 Cor 10:13 amp “God Will Make a Way of Escape”

🔥 INSIGHTS
1. Temptation Never Comes Alone — God’s Escape Route Comes With It: Every temptation carries a built-in exit door created by God Himself.
The devil brings pressure, but God brings a path. The temptation is not the problem—missing the escape route is.
Example: When Joseph was tempted by Potiphar’s wife, the escape route was already in place—the open door (Gen. 39:12).
--
2. God Regulates Temptation Like a Thermostat, Not a Thermometer: A thermometer only measures heat; a thermostat controls it. This verse teaches that God does not just observe your battles—He manages them. He sets the limit of intensity, duration, and impact.
Example: God told Satan, “You may touch Job, but don’t take his life” (Job 2:6). Temptation had limits, and God set every one of them.
--
3. God’s Faithfulness Is the Safety Net Under Every Fall: The verse does not start with your strength—it starts with God’s faithfulness.
You survive temptation not because you are strong but because God is committed to keeping you.
Example: Peter failed, but Jesus said, “I have prayed for you that your faith will not fail” (Luke 22:31–32).
God’s faithfulness restored him.
