Another Innocent Person Arrested Under MA’s Broken Gun Laws

A Connecticut nurse and single mother was arrested in a Massachusetts hospital after a car accident — not for violence, not for wrongdoing, but simply for having a legally-owned firearm in her vehicle back home. Massachusetts refuses to recognize any out-of-state carry permits, and once again a peaceful, law-abiding citizen is facing life-altering charges for exercising a constitutional right.
