No-Dig Winter Prep: Manuring Garlic & Mulching with Seaweed

The Winter prep has started and in today's video I'm mulching the last of my garlic with manure to help protect it from the elements. I'm also starting work on the first bed which is being covered with cardboard and seaweed - a great 'No-Dig' method to get your beds started. That patch was a bit weedy this year so this combination will help to smother the weeds and feed the soil in preparation for the squashes going in next year. As usual however, I was racing against the daylight hours!
