If You Don't Work, You Don't Eat

With all of the talk of completely revamping SNAP and making everyone reapply due to widespread fraud and corruption, Paul's words in 2Thessalonians 3:6, "If you don't work, you don't eat," have become a hot topic. What exactly did Paul mean by those words? What do they mean for us as Christians?
