Philip K Dick's Tartarian Police State?

The author in 1977 gives a speech where he describes visions of a past life in America under an authoritarian regime. His lucid and articulate testimony mirror a number of adept scholars of Tartaria, describing the Old World Order in its decline as what many "fictional" works outline in Nineteen Eighty-Four, Brave New World, A Clockwork Orange, Soylent Green, Star Wars, and PKD's own literary work Man in the High Castle, which he claims is a fictionalized true account of his visions. These stories may hold truth to the past as understood by the ones behind the curtain and may give insight into our present circumstances. Could we be living through a loop of controlled revolutions by an elite class, or something higher described explicitly in The Matrix films? Could these loops be designed to teach humanity lessons through tyranny spirals, hinted at with "The Golden Path" in the Dune series?
