Representative Thomas Massie has issued a strong warning to the Senate regarding its role in the project to disclose the Jeffrey Epstein files. Massie directly accused senators of being part of a cover-up if they blocked or altered the bill, stating that “if one of your billionaire donors is going to feel embarrassed because he went to Rape Island, that’s what awaits them.” He emphasized that the success of the law will be measured when “rich men, in handcuffs, are taken on their way to jail.”

News Update
The House of Representatives approved the bill known as the Epstein Files Transparency Act on November 18, 2025, with an overwhelming vote of 427–1.
Shortly afterward, the Senate granted its approval by unanimous consent, allowing President Donald Trump to enact the law soon.
The law requires the Department of Justice to publish all unclassified documents related to the Epstein investigation in a downloadable format.
